Okay so I have been meaning to blog about this since Tuesday, but ... well I don't have an excuse! So I will start Tuesday morning Sue, Afton, Bailee, and I went to WalMart to get some quick things. Well we were almost done, so I went with the kids to the toy aisle to look for birthday presents (Bailee's is coming up). Bailee was goofing off with Afton and put her arm in the opening of the grocery cart to tickle Afton and then she hurt it. So she was walking away holding her arm and I went to comfort her. Sue was walking up to meet us at this time and I looked at her, then when I looked back at Bailee she was falling down. Bailee hit the side of her head on the bottom shelf and continued to fall back and hit the back of her head on the floor. I didn't think it looked like a huge hit, but I knew she would start screaming soon so I rushed down and picked her up to start the consoling... but something was wrong. She was limp in my arms and there was no screaming. I looked over at her face and her eyes were closed! I handled it very calmly and began running out of the aisle screaming "SOMEBODY HELP ME! MY DAUGHTER IS UNCONSCIOUS! CALL 911!" so I think my yelling got Bailee out of it and she looked at me and asked if she had been asleep. Well.. after that we just had to fill out paperwork, then I spoke with her pediatrician throughout the day and Bailee came out of it perfectly. She was tired for awhile afterwards, but then perked up and was acting like herself again.
Well later that night, I was going downstairs to play with the girls and I was carrying Afton during the process. I tripped on a bottle of shampoo that I bought earlier (at Walmart :)) . I continued to fall (slide) down the stairs on my bottom. It probably looked pretty funny and shouldn't have been harmful, but my right foot got caught somehow and the top of my foot kind of folded under the rest of my foot. I don't know if anything has hurt so much before.. I don't know what is wrong with it, but we are getting it x-rayed today so i will let you know. I REALLY hope it will get better soon because I have already missed two of my training days for the half marathon and am itching to go get running again!
Well after we thought we had things under control again, Wednesday night Afton was being her usual crazy self and began her regular "jumping off the chair" game. I was downstairs playing with Bailee and her cousins when i start to hear Afton screaming. I came up and saw that Afton had fallen face first into a fake palm tree that is in the living room right below the chair! oh geez! she only has a scratched up nose and bruise on her forehead.. so she will be just fine. oh.. I hope that we are through with accidents for a while! well there is my novel for the month! here are some pictures of the clumsy case girls!

oh that is so crappy!! However I must say I laughed a little bit when you were describing your fall, I just got a pretty good visual. Hope its not broken at all, that would be even crappier for your marathon and all...I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya.

Janelle-
To answer your question about my car seat cover, I just made it myself without a pattern from anywhere.
I bought a 1 1/3 yard of outside fabric and lining fabric and five yards of ric rac ribbon to sandwich bettween the fabrics. I would buy ribbon to then use as tying on the car seat cover to the car seat.
I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions or nee help.
I hope your family is doing well! Your girls are looking so big.
